All of our leases are arranged with an annual term(s) (most of which are active through May 25th), and are ready for occupancy as soon as we verify proper cleanliness, functionality, etc. Given the increased concern about city-wide crime, we are now offering
digitally monitored security systems at our properties for $60 extra per
month. Each property comes equipped with cable outlets in every bedroom, washer/dryer in every unit, included landscape maintenance, and much more.
Below is a compete inventory of our "student oriented" properties, please click the name of each address to link to a (Google) map of the area the property is located in. We identify certain properties as "student" rentals based on a combination of elements such as location, size, features, available amenities, etc. Most, if not all included in this list have been rented and enjoyed by a majority of students (not exclusively) in years past. With a history of student familiarity and comfort in these specified locations, university attendees young and old are sure to find the perfect spot for work and play.
*All properties in our student rental inventory are currently occupied. By the beginning of February most properties will have their lease(s) expire and our company will be confirming renewals and new rentals primarily at this time. However, if you are interested in a particular property before February please feel free to call our office (410.742.7141) to discuss the steps that may be taken to prepare for occupation in the future.
